We believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible.

Dr. Iryna Serembytsky, M.D.
Dr. Serembytsky strongly believes that the patient-physician relationship is a partnership. She encourages all of her patients to actively participate in their medical care. Dr. Serembytsky recognizes that each patient is unique and she is always trying to attend, not just to their physical needs, but also to their emotional and psycho-social needs.
Dr. Serembytsky earned her medical degree from I. Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University in Ternopil, Ukraine. She went on to complete her Family Medicine residency at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago where she was Chief resident. Dr. Serembytsky is a member of the American Medical Association and of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Rosio Rea, Office Manager
Rosie came to our practice with 22 years experience of working in a medical field. She enjoys working with the patients, meeting all of their needs, making sure all the referrals and paper works are completed to their satisfaction.
Rosie oversees the day-to-day operations of our office, including taking incoming calls, managing schedule for patients, and managing and organizing paperwork.
Rosio Rea speaks English and Spanish.
